The six, individual steps in our program work in synergy to create successful learning, permanent retention and practical, measurable results. The steps are:

  1. Pre-learning set up fires up the participants "learning neurons" to create personal meaning, permanent retention and high engagement for participants. FST includes enrollment in a 8-week, once a week, email helper program and an "I agree to" statement of commitment by each participant
  2. Pre-assessment sets a financial literacy baseline for each learner and helps make the initiative more meaningful
  3. Real life experience. Every participant uses a Program Participant Guide to apply their learning to their company's financial numbers, measures and concerns
  4. Accelerated program learning and a bias for Action. The formal learning at the core of FST is an elegant example of self-paced, self-directed e-learning with a focus on practical action
  5. Mentoring and Monitoring for specific results:FST asks each manager to find, implement and record measurable cost of sales or expense reduction. To ensure long-term retention, every participants participates in biweekly mentoring sessions where they can ask questions and are supported to achieve real results with their new skills and knowledge 
  6. Follow through. To make sure FST isn't a "flavor of the month," every program has custom designed follow through and a powerful "automated analyzer" ratio tool to keep participants focused on improving their company's bottom lines
